President Bush hosted an economic forum at Baylor University, Texas, Tuesday, August 13, 2002. President Bush asked Maria de Lourdes Sobrino, as a small business owner, to be one of speakers to address suggestions on strengthening the economy. Mrs. Sobrino told us about the obstacles small business owners face, and offer opinions about how the federal government can help small businesses thrive and create more jobs.
